Q: I don't satisfy with the product, or quality..
A: YES, we assure our customer 100% satisfaction guarantee on our service and product quality. However, there are few Rules and Regulation on the refund. Refund are not valid if any of these terms and condition are not follow.
1. Our product are in good condition from wear and tear.
2. Product in CLEAN and DRY condition.
3. Product must have the ORIGINAL tag with it.
4. Product must present ORIGINAL RECEIPT attached together and send back to our shop via courier service or customer past to us by hand.
5. Product return back to us together with the original packing (plastic bag or paper bag etc).
6. Product valid for refund base on a 7 days after date of purchase basic, base on receipt purchase date.
7. Please allow us a five (5) working days for the account reverse the accounting process.
8. Let us know your Name, Bank name, and Account Number so we will direct bank in for you. If there is charges on your bank or our bank, customer shall pay in FULL amount for the bank charges. (Normally is RM2 for online transaction in Malaysia.)
9. Delivery charges for Refund:

A: At Monster Gang, we always practice 100% customer satisfaction guarantee to serve you better. Simply return the product to us and we will either refund/ change a new one for you. Terms and Condition:
- Colour bleach: are not customer false on using wrong/ strong chemical wash detergent like Chlorine or over dosage. (Please let us know your detergent brand name and send us together with 1 FULL CAP of the sample of your detergent).
- We will do a sample wash for the same batch of the product that you return by using a new product in our store. If our sample also show that there is a string or bleach after wash, we will do either a FULL Refund/ Change of new product for you. Also there will be a mysterious gift for you in helping us on improving our quality.
